About me My Client-First Philosophy What could better than living in Austin and the surrounding Hill Country? After moving here from the Bay Area where I worked with Coldwell Banker for many years, I have embraced the lifestyle and the warmth of the people who live in the beautiful surroundings we are so fortunate to have in Austin. I strive to provide the highest level of service to my clients -- to relieve the stress of the transaction whether it is your first home, your tenth, or a company relocation. I am certified in both the Cartus and SIRVA Relocation Network and work with many other boutique relocation companies as well. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I try to stay ahead of the curve of what is happening so I can share that information with my clients to aid in making the right decision for them. That said, in my experience as a Austin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. We all communicate differently, and I adapt my communication to my clients choice, be it by telephone, emails, or text messages. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. . I was born and raised in the Midwest and then moved to Arizona where I attended high school and Arizona State University. My husband Jim and I called Silicon Valley home for many years where we were a Broker Associate Team with Coldwell Banker. After living part time in the Hill Country for several years, in 2008, we moved from Northern California and embraced Austin as home. Jim and I are involved in our church, Austin Baptist Church, and have a true heart for missions, being active in several local Austin mission projects. We are also Resolution Hospice Volunteers and feel blessed to be able to work alongside the families during a difficult time. As big sports enthusiasts, you will often find us cheering on our grandsons football game or taking in a NFL or college game. As avid lovers of music, Austin provides the perfect platform for our enjoyment of music and the arts. I serve the areas from Hi 71 through Lakeway, up RR 620 to Steiner Ranch, Four Points, River Place and down the corridor to Cedar Park and Leander. I also work to find leases for my clients.
