About Gerald

Gerald is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, all with the Coldwell Banker brand. With a strong background in existing and new home sales, land transactions, foreclosures, and specialized expertise in assisting first-time home buyers, contractors, and fellow veterans, he brings a deep understanding of the real estate market to every transaction. Gerald has a BS degree in Business Management from Tennessee Technological University and has a background in Construction. In addition to real estate and construction, Gerald served over 22 years of active duty in the U. S. military, and he enjoys working with veterans to achieve their real estate needs. Outside of work, Gerald is a member of the Shelbyville Lions club, and he currently serves as Sunday School Superintendent and trustee with the First Church of the Nazarene. Over the years he has served in various capacities with youth sports in Shelbyville. He has always derived his greatest pleasure from his family, and today that includes his six grandchildren.
