Our tudor style family home was built 75 years ago by our parents. Along with its steeply pitched roof lines, its exterior distinctive wooden timbers, and a beige tone limestone, the home's interior includes the same limestone that reaches from the hearth to the roof-high cathedral ceiling in the den. The den, dining room, and foyer are walled by a dark walnut-stain, tongue in groove, knotty pine. The flooring of all three, as well as the two downstairs bedrooms, hallway, and powder room, is pegged narrow-slat, oak hardwood. The kitchen flooring was tiled in 2019. The Master bathroom was fully remodeled in 2022. The landing upstairs (also pegged hardwood), overlooking the den, provides a sitting area. There are three upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The downstairs and upstairs is 4003 sq ft. A carport and a two-car garage (currently a shop) adds 896 sq ft. A 40 ft x16 ft shop sits in the backyard. Our home is secured by an alarm system and security cameras.
