About Nicholas

Nicholas Adinolfi spent most of his life in Buffalo, New York proudly calling it home. In 2013, he met the love of his life, Kathryn, and together they began dreaming of starting a family and finding a place filled with opportunity—somewhere a little warmer and free from lake-effect snow. After exploring cities across the country, they discovered that Nashville, Tennessee was the perfect place to build their future. In 2022, Nicholas and Kathryn made the move and have been happily putting down roots ever since. Nicholas is a devoted husband, proud father of four, lifelong Christian, and retired police officer with 20 years of service. A graduate of Canisius College, he was a four-year starter on the football team where he learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that continue to guide him today. Before relocating to Nashville, Nicholas combined his knowledge of carpentry and passion for home improvement to buy, renovate, and sell two homes alongside Kathryn, whose keen eye for layout and design brought each project to life. Now settled in Tennessee, Nicholas channels that same dedication and craftsmanship into real estate, helping clients find homes that fit their goals—whether it’s a forever home, a smart investment, or the next great renovation opportunity.
