A Neighbor Who Knows the Area Tim Rudd attended Mitchell Neilson Primary and John Coleman Elementary School, Thurman Francis Jr. High, Smyrna High School and MTSU. Tim also took business courses at Cumberland University. Community Service Tim has devoted most of his adult life to helping make Rutherford County a better place to live. He was elected as the 16th District’s State Committeeman and served for 18 years and was elected State Representative for the 34th District in 2016 to Present. He volunteers his spare time to community projects (Habitat for Humanity and St Jude’s Children’s Hospital) and has been recognized by the state and community leaders for his community involvement and leadership. Professional Experience & Recognition Tim Rudd has lived in Rutherford County for over 56 years. He has 32 years’ experience in marketing, database management and as a graphic artist. Tim has over 26 years’ experience as a fully licensed real estate agent. His decades of experience as an advertising and communications consultant gives him a unique edge in marketing your properties. He has been bestowed numerous “Excellence in Sales Performance” awards as well as national and international recognition for academic achievements and real estate training. He has also received the International Diamond, Gold & Sterling Awards for his real estate sales production. He is a multi-million-dollar producer. He’s a graduate of the real estate institute and has previously earned the distinguished GRI and ABR designations.
