About Skylar

Hi there! I’m Skylar Cuarisma, and I’ve been a real estate agent since 2017. After more than 20 years in the entertainment industry, I moved to Nashville to plant roots and start a new chapter. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Chapman University, and my journalism background has really helped me become a better listener and communicator—two things I think are essential in real estate. One of the things I love about this work is that, just like no two homes are the same, neither are my clients. Every situation is unique, and while the challenges might change, one thing stays constant: I’m here to guide you every step of the way, with a great team by my side for any questions that come up. Having relocated from out-of-state and been a first-time buyer myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel. My goal is to make things as smooth as possible, taking tasks off your plate and helping you feel at ease when things get busy.
