I’m a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, serving Rutherford County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. I specialize in residential real estate and work with both buyers and sellers, providing clear guidance, open communication, and a client-first experience. I focus on building strong relationships, using the most current market data, and educating my clients on factors and variables that could affect their decisions, so they can feel confident every step of the way. Before real estate, I spent several years working in healthcare, which means I have plenty of practice staying calm under pressure, advocating for my people, focusing on the details, and meeting you where you are at by talking you through each step without making your eyes glaze over. After my family made our last move, real estate felt like a natural new chapter, as a way to serve my community and help people through big life transitions. I’m married to a retired Army Veteran, adaptability, organization, and follow-through are basically baked into my daily life. Military life kept us on our toes which means we have plenty of experience with change, staying flexible, and keeping a sense of humor, skills that come in handy whether you’re navigating a cross-country move, your first home, or your fifth.
