About Mark

Mark, an award-winning country music songwriter will be teaming up with his wife Stacey who moved to Coldwell Banker Southern Realty. in 2021 “I have bought and sold several properties through the years and have always had a passion for real estate” Mark says, “I feel my music industry and Middle Tennessee contacts will be an asset to our team”. Mark lived and worked in the Nashville / Franklin area for over 20 years as a songwriter and basketball coach at Woodland Middle School and Ravenwood High School as well as an A-Game Sports facility founder and CEO in Cool Springs. Mark's music accomplishments include BMI's Songwriter of the Year and 5 number-one country music hits including “Two Sparrows in A Hurricane” which was nominated for ACM's song of the year. In 2010 he and Stacey purchased their 64-acre farm in Summertown and in 2016 established “Sparrows Nest” wedding venue where they hosted over 40 weddings for local couples. “I look forward to serving this great community as well as reaching out to my old acquaintances in the Nashville/ Franklin area who in recent years have been looking to relocate to smaller less congested rural areas”. Mark admits “watching Stacey serve her clients has inspired me to take the leap and team up with her in our business. We have always worked well together in coaching and more recently in the wedding venue business. We have celebrated with many couples on their big day and now we are a part of another big moment as we help families find that special place to call home. I look forward to being a part of the great team that Rich Cosner has built in Middle Tennessee”.
