This house is in good condition but dated. The full basement has a finished room that is approximately 600 square feet but it's not heated or cooled. The Fireplace in the basement is decorative only. Add heat/air to the basement room and you'd have around 1900 square feet finished. The balance of the basement was used as a workshop and for extra storage. The owner said hardwood was under the hall and bedroom carpet. If your looking for a nice house that you could update yourself while living there you need to look at this one.
