About Gill

With over 25 years of distinguished service as an Airborne Ranger and Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC, Gill brings a lifelong commitment to leadership, integrity, and service. His military career includes 14 years in Military Intelligence as an Intelligence Analyst and Platoon Sergeant, followed by continued service as a Department of Defense Intelligence Analyst. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Following his military career, he transitioned his dedication to service into the real estate and construction industries. As a licensed contractor in California, he led residential development projects with a specialized focus on building accessible housing for disabled veterans—an effort deeply rooted in his own journey as a disabled veteran. His hands-on experience in home construction, renovation, and real estate investing provides clients with a unique advantage: a professional who understands both the structural and financial aspects of homeownership. Today, his passion lies in helping veterans, families, and community members find homes that truly meet their needs. Whether building, renovating, or guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process, his mission remains the same—serve others with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
