About Audrey

We are excited to welcome Audrey Evans to the Best in Blue! "I have a unique knowledge and expertise of Downtown and surrounding counties. I have witnessed so much growth of this wonderful city and looking forward to helping my clients find their desired home." Audrey enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband, Cody, is a Nashville Firefighter and they have a "sweet baby boy", she says. They have an enthusiastic Golden Retriever and a not so enthusiastic cat! They enjoy taking trips to the zoo, finding new and exciting restaurants, and attending Nashville Predators games. "As a realtor, my first priority is the happiness of my client. I personally know the challenges of finding a home and selling, so I will listen to the wants and needs of my clients." She is excited to affiliate with the Coldwell Banker Barnes family.
