Today, that same family team is by her side, managing the technology and operations of her growing business.As a former Master Textile Technician, Audra offers a unique edge in the real estate market. Her in-depth knowledge of flooring, home surfaces, and property presentation helps sellers prepare their homes to show beautifully and sell quickly for top dollar. Over the years, she has built relationships with trusted painters, carpenters, stagers, and more—earning access to clients’ homes, keys, and security codes, including those of celebrities. Her reputation for reliability and discretion speaks for itself.Born and raised in the Nashville area, Audra has deep roots in Middle Tennessee.
