Very nice building lot in Lake Tansi with all utilities including natural gas. The lot lays nicely and widens to 93 feet wide on the back property line. Only stick built homes in this part of Tansi with a minimum sq feet build of 1200. At this time, there aren't a lot of homes up and down this section of Redwing, so you'll enjoy some privacy. Two important notes: First, I've spoken to the owner of the lot next door and they will entertain selling. Second, the corner lot two lots down had a satisfactory soils test and was available for sale at one time. You could possibly have 3 lots next to each other if interested.
