About Lila

I was born into an entrepreneurial family and am a former business owner; customer service and people skills are in my DNA. I am originally from Northern New York, but relocated to Cleveland, Tennessee after accepting a position as a sales trainer. I planned on only staying three years, but after falling in love with the mountain vistas and small-town life, 43 years later, I still happily call Cleveland my home. And I would love to help you find yours here, too. Knowledge, tenacity, and integrity are what you'll get when I'm your partner in Real Estate. Without exception, I'll treat you like you're the only client I have. Not to mention, I'm just fun to be around. I have 3 children that people hear about regularly: Taylor works for a logistics firm and he and his wife are real estate investors. Thomas and his husband are social media influencers (@pjandthomas), and daughter Sydney is a Chattanooga Police Officer. I serve on the Community Outreach and Cultural Diversity committees at our local REALTORS® Association and proudly volunteer as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for Bradley and Polk counties advocating on behalf of children who have experienced abuse and neglect. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my kids and friends and watching too much Netflix!
