In addition to real estate, I am an IRS Enrolled Agent and Master Tax Advisor, allowing me to help clients better understand the financial and tax considerations that often accompany real estate decisions. I also serve as a licensed real estate instructor, staying actively involved in educating other agents while keeping up with the latest market trends, contracts, and industry changes. Having called Southeast Tennessee home since attending Lee University in 95, I have developed deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local market. I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Cleveland, Chattanooga, and the surrounding areas, with experience assisting first-time homebuyers, growing families, retirees, investors, and those relocating to East Tennessee.
