Diana brings over 15 years of real estate experience specializing in flipping homes, interior/exterior design, and staging for sale. Additionally, she brings firsthand knowledge and experience in the process of building a home from the ground up. She has an undergraduate degree in Finance and a graduate degree in Legal Studies, combined with corporate and nonprofit experience in both the financial and legal industries, helping you gain the confidence and support needed in working with lenders, title companies, and legal professionals to make your home buying or selling process as low-stress, enjoyable, and smooth as possible. Diana is a military spouse and has experience with VA loans, VA appraisers and VA home buying programs available to military service members. She also grew up as a military dependent and has traveled all over the world. The Cleveland-Chattanooga and Southeast Tennessee area is one of her favorite locations where she has lived. She not only brings a fresh outsider perspective, but also a local perspective as her husband is a native of Cleveland, Tennessee. Diana spends much of her time in the community with the many different programs her kids are involved in. She contributes musically at her local church. She also enjoys being active outdoors in the beautiful environment that Tennessee offers. Diana seeks to be an advocate for her clients and aspires to build longstanding relationships with them.
