Veteran, Husband, DogFather, DIY Rehabber, Investor, and Professor. I’m proud to serve as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty—Chattanooga, licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. For nearly 25 years, I’ve worked in higher education, including six years as a graduate program director and award-winning graduate student mentor. That experience taught me the value of patience, guidance, and service—qualities I now bring to real estate. Whether mentoring first-time buyers, supporting fellow veterans, or working with new and experienced investors, my approach is rooted in integrity and care. Having bought, sold, and managed rental property myself, I understand the process from both sides. The parallels between mentoring students and guiding clients are what drew me to this profession—and they’re what drive me to work harder for the people I serve.
