About Shannon

Shannon was awarded the International President's Circle award with Coldwell Banker in 2020 for over $32M in sales in only his third year in the industry and was also awarded the International Award for 2021. He brings over 25 years of sales and Real Estate investment experience to Coldwell Banker from technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft and LinkedIn. He brings his strong negotiations skills honed closing complex contracts with some of the largest tech companies on the West Coast. He has direct experience in first time home buying, expansion, downsizing for elderly parents, major life event changes, as well as investment properties. Shannon prides himself on his reputation in the community, built on honesty and integrity and will bring those qualities to help his clients find the best investment and home for your family. He has lived in the Silicon Valley area of California and the very competitive market of Franklin/Brentwood in middle Tennessee. Shannon received a degree in Political Science at the College of the Holy Cross where he competed and excelled at on the football team for 4 years. He has been an active member of the community coaching kids in football, baseball and basketball. Shannon has a son, Luke who graduated from and played football for TCU in Fort Worth, TX and a daughter Ashley who attends the University of Tennessee.
