With over 25 years of experience in the business world, I offer extensive expertise and insight as an affiliate broker with Coldwell Banker Southern Realty in Brentwood, TN. Before transitioning into real estate, I served as the President and Owner of Sundance Pools Inc., the largest custom (gunite) pool company in Southern Nevada. During this time, I built strong relationships with builders, mortgage companies, and realtors, earning a reputation for delivering top-tier service—100% of Sundance Pools’ business came from referrals. I founded Specterra LLC, a real estate holding, management, and investment company, where I successfully managed properties and investments for 15 years. I later worked with John Everett Real Estate Inc., purchasing homes, refurbishing them, and reselling them in the competitive Southern Nevada market. My experience in both the real estate investment and construction industries gives me a unique, well-rounded perspective on the buying and selling process. At Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, I channel my diverse background into helping clients find their perfect homes in Brentwood, Nashville, and beyond. I have been happily married for 42 years and am the proud sibling of two sisters, one of whom has been with Coldwell Banker for over 25 years.
