With a career spanning over three decades, Ed Klem is a seasoned real estate professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results. After a successful tenure in a family-owned business, Ed joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2018, recognizing the power of a global brand to elevate his career. Quickly advancing within the organization, Ed assumed the role of Director of Sales, where they excelled in both agent management and personal sales. In 2020, Ed achieved a career-best year, earning the prestigious Coldwell Banker Presidents Elite Award. Following a strategic merger, Ed joined the management team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Weston, FL, a top-performing office and elevated that location to #6 in total closed sales units and sales volume in the United States. This experience ignited a passion for brokerage operations, inspiring him to aspire to lead their own Coldwell Banker firm. In 2023, Ed and their family relocated to Nashville, TN. This move presented an opportunity to join Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, where they were appointed Executive Sales Manager for the Nashville location. On December 1, 2024, he assumed the role of Broker, overseeing operations in the Middle Tennessee market, with a focus on Nashville, Franklin, and Brentwood. Ed brings a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to client satisfaction to their new role. “I have always believed it does not matter if this is your first home buying/selling experience or your tenth, the effort is still the same and the focus on my clients wants and needs is always paramount”! Outside of the office, Ed loves to spend time with his Anne, his wife of 33 years, their daughter, Amanda and her family including his first grandchild who resides in Murfreesboro, and his son, Ed who resides with his new wife in Marietta.
