MY BACKGROUND I've worked in sales for over 30 years and owned rental property for about as long. Having specialized in new construction, I have an in-depth understanding of the intricacies involved in building a home. Additionally, my extensive knowledge of lake properties enables me to guide clients in finding their dream waterfront retreat. Furthermore, my experience in rental properties equips me with the expertise to assist both landlords and tenants in navigating the dynamic rental market. A PERSONAL NOTE I'm a devoted family man with a lovely wife of over 38 years, we have two married daughters and 2 grandchildren. My joy comes from family activities, watching movies, boating, golf, and implementing best practices in personal finance. I also love to do renovation projects large & small along with maintaining my own home!
