About Maria

I am originally a Minnesota native and moved to the beautiful Black Hills in 1191. I was a business owner for 6 years prior to obtaining my real estate license in 1999. I was a real estate instructor for 6 years and have also worked as a wedding and events coordinator. My experience in working with the public, has taught me to have sensitivity and understanding toward my client's emotions and needs. Therefore, I have learned to have great communication skills as well as how to be a good listener. At the same time, I am able to help my clients get their real estate needs met, in a professional, yet aggressive manner, along with great negotiating skills. I am detail oriented and have a strong value system. Working hard and guiding you through your real estate venture, is my ultimate goal. I have experience in all areas of real estate.
