Dave Mortimer has more than 40 years of real estate experience. His back ground includes Multi Family Property Management Development, Real Estate Sales, Relocation Services and Broker Management. Dave has been with CB Lewis Kirkeby Hall for 20 years and has served as the current Sales Manager/Relocation Director for more than 14 years. CB Lewis Kirkeby Hall has sold more than 10,000 properties and approximately 1.5 billion in property sales price volume during Dave's tenure as Sales Manager. Dave was the local President of the Black Hills Association of Realtors in 2005 when he also earned the distinguished honor of Realtor of the Year. Dave currently serves on the Forms Committee and is the 2018 Grievance Committee Chair. Other interests are serving on Rushmore Consumer Credit Resource Center BOD, a Untied Way sponsored entity. Coaching the local alpine ski team, barefoot waterskiing, riding bikes and hanging with his best friend Angie!!!!
