Dave Mortimer has an extensive background and a wealth of real estate experience. His areas of expertise include Multi Family Property Management and Development, Residential and Commercial Sales, Relocation Services and Broker Management. Dave has been with CB Black Hills Legacy for more than a decade and currently serves as the Sales Manager/Relocation Director. CB Black Hills Legacy has sold more than 10,000 properties and approximately 1.5 billion in property sales volume during Dave's tenure as Sales Manager. Dave is a past President of the Black Hills Association of Realtors and has been honored as a Realtor of the Year by the Association. Dave's other interests include alpine ski coaching, barefoot waterskiing, riding bikes, doing home improvements and mechanics. Dave really enjoys those special moments of sharing life with his best friend and wife Angie along with their girls and families.
