Dave Mortimer has an abundance of real estate experience. His back ground includes Multi Family Property Management and Development, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Relocation Services and Broker Management. Dave joined CB Black Hills Legacy (formerly CB Lewis-Kirkeby-Hall RE) in 1998 listing and selling residential, land and commercial properties. He currently serves as the Sales Manager/Relocation Director with more than 20 years in the position. CB Black Hills Legacy has sold more than 10,000 properties and over 1.5 billion in property sales price volume during Dave's tenure as Sales Manager. Dave is a past President of the Black Hills Association of Realtors. He is a past honoree of "Realtor of the Year" within the association. Dave has served on several committees both at the local and state realtor associations. He served on the Rushmore Consumer Credit Resource Center BOD, a Untied Way sponsored entity for more than 18 years. He is a past referee with US Swimming and served as local club president and head referee for the club. His passion is alpine skiing wherein he is a PSIA Level III certified instructor and a USSA level 200 Coach. Dave spent several years teaching and coaching with Terry Peak, Black Hills Ski Team and Vail Ski School, Vail Colorado. Dave enjoys alpine ski team, barefoot waterskiing, riding bikes and hanging with his best friend Angie!!!!
