I have been a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Black Hills Legacy since 2006, bringing extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. In addition, I offer over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management, providing clients with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach. Originally from Nebraska, I have lived in several larger cities across the United States, giving me a deep understanding of the transitions and challenges that come with relocating. For the past 20 years, I have proudly called the Black Hills home and have no intention of leaving this beautiful area. I have been marries for 39 years and am the proud parent of two wonderful children. I am actively involved in our community, serving as Vice president of the Piedmont Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader since 2006, director of the local and state board of directors, President of Kiwanis, and President of Atonement Lutheran Church. I am also a graduate of the University of South Dakota and a proud sponsor of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Athletics. Outside of real estate, I enjoy coin collecting, coaching youth sports, and photography. I understand the busy, fast-paced lifestyles many people lead because I live it myself, and I am always willing to adapt to meet my clients needs.
