Mills Creek is a new development in the heart of Harrisburg with easy access to Sioux Falls. A cornerstone of this development is walkability with its close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, parks and a proposed walk path to baseball diamonds. All builders are welcome and all plans are subject to approval. Covenants are in place to protect your investment.
