About Kathi

Hello there, I’m a local real estate agent residing in the Carnes Crossroads area. Since moving here from Ohio in 2005, I have witnessed significant changes. Family brought me to this beautiful place, but it was the rich history that captivated me. Every visit gave me a sense of belonging, which inspired me to become a real estate agent. My goals to help others find a home where they feel the same connection. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked for man-years a Certified Physician Forensic Coder. I truly enjoy helping people, so when I’m not assisting you in finding your dream home, I cherish time with my family or my line dance community. Family holds great significance in my life; I have three children and five grandchildren whom I adore, along with many wonderful friends in the dance community. When I’m not spending time with my loved ones, you can find me dancing with The Boot Boogie Babes in the Summerville or Charleston area. We have a fantastic time empowering women, sharing our love for dance, and forming lasting friendships. Alongside dancing, I also enjoy reading and crafting as a few of my favorite hobbies.
