Before officially beginning her real estate career, Kai successfully completed her Bachelors of Science at Trident Technology Institute and has been a leader for 10+years as a trusted advisor for corporations and clients. Kai enjoys giving back to her community and is active in volunteering at the local county food banks. Kai has partnered continuously with local philanthropy associations and is an active donor to the Boys and Girls Club, local huddle up for schools and as an active member in her local ministry.
