Cindy is a dedicated and highly professional Realtor with Coldwell Banker Caine. Before joining Coldwell Banker Caine, Cindy owned and managed a successful medical transcription company and worked as a legal assistant for a real estate attorney. These roles honed her business acumen and deepened her understanding of the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bob Jones University. She is a Certified Buyers Agent and has specialized training in short sales and foreclosures. Her commitment to professional growth and excellence is evident in her participation in significant projects, including a new construction project in Downtown Spartanburg with Northside Development Group and R.H. Quinn & Co. Active in her community, Cindy contributes to the Mentor Program and School Improvement Council at Byrnes High School and volunteers at the Spartanburg Soup Kitchen. She is also involved in Coldwell Banker’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiative, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive community. Outside of her professional life, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking to waterfalls and kayaking. She cherishes moments with her husband, a high school teacher and coach of football and lacrosse, and their children, who are engaged in various creative arts and sports activities.
