About Chris

Welcome. I’ve been a Realtor® since 2012 and have successfully guided well over 200 transactions during that time. My experience includes working with first-time homebuyers, relocation clients on both the buying and selling side, and military buyers and sellers. I take pride in adapting my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I serve clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina and the North Carolina Foothills, representing both buyers and sellers with equal depth of experience. Having lived in the Upstate for over four decades, after completing my education at North Carolina State University, I bring long-standing local knowledge to every transaction. Before real estate, my career spanned engineering, corporate marketing and sales, nonprofit management, and business consulting. These experiences shaped the way I work today—thoughtfully, strategically, and with a strong focus on clear communication and problem-solving. I’m married with four children, their spouses, and two grandchildren. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, riding motorcycles in the mountains, woodworking, music, writing, and reading. My wife and I often explore the scenic roads of the region on our 2003 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, enjoying the beauty and character of the area we’re proud to call home.
