About Chris

Welcome. I have been a Realtor® in the Upstate of South Carolina and the Foothills of North Carolina since 2012 with well over 200 transactions. During this time, I have developed expertise in many areas, including working with First Time Home Buyers, Relocations (both Listing and Purchasing) and Military Home buyers and sellers. I serve the Upstate of South Carolina and the North Carolina Foothills as both a Listing agent and Buyer agent with strong experience in both. I have been a resident of the Upstate of South Carolina since 1983, after finishing up my schooling in North Carolina(NCSU). My prior careers have spanned engineering, corporate marketing and sales, non-profit management and business consulting. Through these experiences I have learned the best ways to work with clients in different situations, and still apply that today. I am married, with four children (plus three spouses), and two grandchildren. When not working or playing with them, I enjoy motorcycle riding in the mountains, woodworking, music, writing and reading. Just got a vintage Honda Goldwing (1990) and my wife and I are getting used to that ride so we can do more travelling.
