Caroline Parris is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent based in Spartanburg. Her roots run deep, with multiple generations of her family having lived here, and all of her family and friends still residing in the area. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Caroline worked in transportation planning for 10 years before taking a break to stay home with her son for 2.5 years. Finally, she decided to take the leap and obtained her real estate license. For Caroline, real estate isn't just a job, it's a passion. She loves helping clients navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of buying or selling a home, and takes great pride in building friendships with them along the way. With her deep knowledge of the local market and her dedication to her clients' needs, Caroline is a true asset to those making a move in the Upstate. Outside of real estate, she fuels her interest in travel and enjoys trips to Disney World, Universal Studio, and any beach that tickles her fancy.
