As a consistent top-producing agent with Coldwell Banker Caine, I have spent 25 years helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the real estate market in Spartanburg and throughout the Upstate. Having lived here for over 50 years, I bring deep local roots, strong community connections, and a genuine love for this area to every client relationship. Before real estate, I enjoyed a 30-year career in education. After receiving my M. Ed. In reading education from Clemson University, I was asked to develop a secondary reading program for School District 7 at Spartanburg High School. What began as a one-person program grew into a thriving department serving students at every level—from advanced readers to those with dyslexia—as well as adults eager to strengthen their skills. Teaching adults to read recipes, car manuals, and sports guides (long before YouTube!) remains a fond memory. After retiring from education, the Milliken Company invited me to join the real estate division of Carolina Country Club. Milliken sent me to real estate school and equipped me with the tools to begin a new chapter. Real estate became a natural extension of what I’ve always loved—learning, sharing knowledge, and guiding others through important decisions. I believe buying or selling a home is both a major life milestone and a significant financial decision. My knowledge of Spartanburg, including its schools, neighborhoods, and community life, allows me to serve as both an advocate and a trusted advisor. Many of my clients become lifelong friends, and that is the greatest reward of my career.
