Ok ya'll, this one is like no other out there! If only you could have met the owner. This is the most well cared for home you will find. Plus, there is nothing behind you. Private back yard. Check out the detailed curbing, landscaping and concrete work too. Inside, the home is squeaky clean and the closets have built-in shelving. The master bath shower has been updated. If you check out the attic stairs, you'll notice the extra insulation and energy saving things that were put in place. The AC was replaced, including all the ducting. The frig and washer and dryer stay and there is even an extra air filter for you in the closet with the water heater. While in there, check out the maintenance records sticker on the water heater by Corley plumbing. The smoke detectors were even professionally done and are warrantied until 2026. I could go on and on. Whoever gets this home won't have to worry about a thing for a long time.
