About Keith

Growing up in Wilmington, NC I have enjoyed coastal living my entire life. After the development of a Golf Tourism Company in 1984 I obtained my NC Real Estate license. The years since have been spent ensuring my clients get my full attention to their hopes, dreams and specific needs in primary or second homes. I spent many years on Bald Head Island and helped my clients find their “dream” second or primary homes. In 2012 I left Bald Head and returned to Wilmington and joined Intracoastal Realty as a BIC at River Landing in Wallace, NC, a Master Planned community with 2 Championship golf courses. In 2019 my wife and I relocated to Pawleys Island and have never looked back! I am excited about starting this new chapter in my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage here in Pawleys and hope to bring my years of expertise to the Low Country as well as becoming involved in the area. I am an avid golfer having the privilege of being a member of the North Carolina Golf Panel since 1998 and look forward to playing golf with clients and friends.
