About Henry

I am a full-time Realtor who has lived and worked in the Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach area for over 34 years since relocating from Charlotte. My greatest career honor was when my peers voted me as the Realtor of the Year for my honesty and professionalism. I completed the nationally acclaimed 11-week “Sweat Hogs” advanced sales course in which I was the #1 producer. I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) degree, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) degree, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® designation, and the Certified eMarketing Specialist degree. I am a past Vice-President of the Board of Realtors and a past President of the Multiple Listing Service. I love our area and I helped organize the annual Beach and River Sweeps, helped organize SCUTE (our loggerhead turtle program), served on the county historic commission and ATax committee. I volunteer with the annual Prince George plantation tours, Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art, and several other groups, committees, and boards.
