About Christine

I have been a Realtor® for over 23 years. I have taken and continue to take real estate related courses and have had designations such as Certified Negotiation Specialist®, Certified Consultant for Real Estate®, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. I also have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. By far, most important are my years of real estate experience. Experience with beginner investors, experienced investors, first time homebuyers and sellers, upsizing and downsizing homebuyers and sellers, those selling to move for assisted living, and family members selling property because a loved one has passed. I am grateful for those who have allowed me to assist them. It has given me insight and understanding. Not just for the listing and selling of property. Hopefully, anyone with a real estate license should be able to do that. But in addition to that, understanding all that comes with each unique situation, and the ability to lighten the real estate aspect. Personally, I am also a consumer, worker, wife and mother. I understand working hard for your money and wanting to get the best value. I understand how important home is. It is our haven. It is a place we want to make safe and pleasant for ourselves and loved ones. I also understand being concerned for the future and needing to make sound investment choices. My goal is always to bring my professional knowledge and experience together with my personal understanding to get you where you want to be.
