With nearly a decade of experience and more than 200 transactions totaling over $50 million in career sales, Maria has established herself as a trusted advisor across the Carolinas. She serves a diverse range of clients—from first-time buyers and retirees to luxury homebuyers and global investors relocating to South Carolina’s scenic coast. Maria is the founder and team leader of MCMT Global, a newly launched real estate team focused on delivering elevated service and strategic insight in every transaction. Her vision is to create a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to guiding clients through each stage of the real estate journey with professionalism and care. Before entering real estate, Maria built her career in luxury menswear sales and management in New York City, working closely with executives from LVMH. This background sharpened her skills in high-level client service, branding, negotiation, and thriving in fast-paced environments—skills that now give her clients a distinct advantage in today’s market. Maria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from the International University of Art & Design in Miami, Florida. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2016, she has earned multiple designations and continues to invest in ongoing education to stay ahead of market trends. She currently serves as Chair of both RPAC and the Global Council with her local REALTOR® association, where she advocates for industry advancement and international partnerships. Fluent in English and Spanish, Maria brings cultural awareness, a global mindset, and a personalized approach to every transaction.
