After selling real estate for over twenty years, here are a few principals that you can find in doing business with me: Trust and honesty are values by which I was raised. My word is my bond. Growing up in a small town with hardworking, honest parents (farmer and librarian), I saw first hand the faces of integrity. It was how they lived each and every day, and they expected all five of their children to do the same. Real estate can be an expensive endeavor and having an agent you can trust is imperative. Education is key when diving into the waters of real estate. As a former English teacher, it is paramount that I educate my clients so that they understand ever changing markets. These waters can be a tricky at times so knowing current market conditions, property values, what to expect in the process, how to stage a home, and getting it to the closing table are some the areas that we will explore. Meaningful relationships are key to better serving my clients! If you are buying a primary, secondary, and/or investment home, it is important for me to know your family or investment goals, objectives, and at times personal and financial information. Our relationship is not superficial but meaningful. It is my intention to form a lasting relationship for the years to come.
