Dean Jayroe chose a career in real estate because he has a passion for helping people achieve one of life’s greatest milestones, finding a home. A South Carolina native, he has always been inspired by the growth and opportunities in local communities and takes pride in guiding clients through such an important chapter of their lives. Before real estate, Dean worked with UPS in Rhode Island, where he built a strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service. He later lived in Jacksonville, Florida, where he managed operations for a veterans' charity organization, gaining valuable leadership and organizational experience. Earlier in life, as a walk-on college football player in Texas, he learned discipline, perseverance, and the ability to thrive under pressure, all qualities that now fuel his success as a REALTOR®. What Dean enjoys most about real estate is building lasting relationships and finding creative solutions for his clients, whether they’re first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families looking for their forever home. With his background in technology and automation, he brings modern tools to streamline the process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Dean is dedicated to faith, family, and community. He and his wife, Courtney, are proud parents of twin boys, who inspire him to work hard and create a lasting legacy. Active in local churches, charities, and veteran support organizations, he believes in giving back and serving others. Dean also enjoys staying active through fitness, sports, and outdoor adventures along the South Carolina coast.
