Before entering real estate, Mike served as General Manager and Sales/Design Lead for Carolina Cool, where he played an instrumental role in helping the company expand into one of the leading service providers in the Carolinas. He also owned and operated a local Chem-Dry franchise, giving him firsthand insight into what business owners need to succeed. As a trusted advisor, Mike often found his clients turning to him for guidance on upgrading facilities, relocating, or selling their businesses, a natural transition that led him to real estate. Today, he takes great pride in helping his clients find new locations, create opportunities for growth, and successfully transition their businesses. Mike's background in construction science, business development, and vendor relations gives him a unique edge in the industry.
