About Melodye

Melodye Lane-Laveglia moved to the Grand Strand in 1995 with her husband Dan. Her experience with this area however began many years before. For most of her life, the Myrtle Beach area has been a second home so when the opportunity to move to there presented itself, Melodye was ready. Today, Melodye and Dan reside along the coast in Surfside Beach. They very much enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and Southern hospitality that is so prevalent in the area. As a real estate agent, Melodye brings her lifetime of experience with the Grand Strand to her work specializing in all types of residential property from building lots to traditional family homes to vacation dream homes. She has been involved extensively serving on the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS® board as well as locally on town committees in Surfside Beach.
