About Katie

Hi, I’m Katie — a passionate real estate professional with over a decade of experience and more than $90 million in career sales. But to me, real estate is about so much more than numbers. It’s about people, relationships, and being a steady guide during one of life’s biggest transitions. I like to say real estate chose me. My career began as an admin for a REALTOR®, and within a year, I earned my license. On my very first day as an agent, I sold my first home — and I was hooked. I quickly realized I had a gift for connecting with people, listening to their needs, and guiding them through what can be an emotional roller coaster. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: logistical expert, data analyst, negotiator, and sometimes even marital or spiritual counselor. It’s never boring, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Growing up as a missionary kid and preacher’s daughter taught me compassion, empathy, and the value of putting others first — qualities that now shape every client relationship. I care deeply about the person behind the transaction and take the time to understand each client’s unique goals, whether they’re buying their first home, selling a beloved property, or making a smart investment. My clients know I’m there for them before, during, and long after closing. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my wonderful husband of 16 years and our identical twin boys, now 13, who keep life exciting and full of laughter. My husband and I love playing trivia, enjoying our backyard pool, and traveling whenever we can. I’ve been to several countries on short-term mission trips, and my love for exploring the world has never faded.
