About Tyler

My wife, Michele and I bought our first home as a “fixer upper”. Both of our fathers were involved in building homes, while her mother was an interior decorator. Envisioning what a little tender loving care can do for a house was in our blood. We stripped wallpaper, changed carpeting and painted our first house. We sold it 6 months later for enough profit to put down on our next dream home! This love of buying houses and making them our own continued for the next 30 years and counting. After our two children, Spencer and Laurie, graduated high school, we left our quiet lake home in North Carolina for the Charleston area. We love the multitude of activities, restaurants and family here! I look forward to sharing with you my joy of house-hunting and passion for finding others their next dream home!
