The Delanty Group Dan and Sydney Delanty of The Delanty Group have been together almost 30 years and have been real estate investors throughout the Southeast for almost 20 years. Combining years of experience in Advertising Sales (Television/Digital/Print), Home Builder Marketing, and helping local business owners build effective brand awareness campaigns, partnering "professionally" in Real Estate Sales seems a perfect fit. Dan Sydney are proud parents of three sons (Jack, Max Daniel) raised in the Mount Pleasant area. Sydney has served many years as an active leader and volunteer with the PTA and in schools and both Dan & Sydney are active volunteers with HALOS, a local Kinship Care philanthropy. Whether helping local sellers, buyers, investors or our nation's heroes (veterans active military) and their families, Dan Sydney are here to help make sure every client becomes a "client for life".
