About Barbara

Born and reared in Savannah, Georgia, I have lived in Chicago and Philadelphia and for the past 12 years have called Charleston my home. After having varied work experiences and being a stay-at-home mom, I became a licensed REALTOR® in Pennsylvania where I worked for a five-generation, family-owned Philadelphia builder, selling custom homes. With my decision to move to Charleston to be closer to family, I earned my South Carolina real estate license and have been selling in the tri-county market for 12 years. Representing sellers, as well as buyers, my closed sales volume is in the millions of dollars. It is thrilling for me to help sellers find buyers for the home they are leaving and see the happiness it brings to the new owners when they are handed the keys. It is equally thrilling to help find that perfect home for people who are either new to the area or life-long residents. It is important to me, and I have been fortunate, to maintain relationships with my clients after the movers have left and the unpacking has begun. My personal interests are also varied and ever-growing, such as enjoying the many cultural events, fine restaurants, year-long outdoor activities and beautiful beaches we are so fortunate to have here in the lowcountry.
