About Wendye

As a full-time Realtor licensed in South Carolina, Wendye provides Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to her clients across the Midlands, including Columbia, Lexington, Lake Murray, Gilbert, Irmo and surrounding areas. After a 15-year career as a Marketing and Communications executive, she joined Coldwell Banker to pursue her passion for real estate. A Midlands native for over 20 years, her knowledge of the area combined with exceptional marketing and communication skills, contract negotiation experience and commitment to provide an unparalleled positive customer experience will ensure she can help you successfully reach your residential real estate goals. Wendye graduated with honors from Columbia College, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in International Studies. She also received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. Wendye currently resides in Lexington, SC with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends on Lake Murray, traveling and experiencing local foods and activities.
