About Tamara

Compassionate. Consistent. Committed. This is my embedded approach to real estate and to every client I encounter. I am a South Carolinian, born and bred, and my love for this beautiful state is only exceeded by my love for helping those in need achieve their real estate goals. I developed an interest in homes and architectural design at a young age from my father who was a general contractor and tagging along with him to job sites on occasion. He was also a Pastor so helping others was demonstrated and required by both my parents and was a way of life for my six sisters and I. Fast forward some years, after working as a specialist in nuclear energy construction for almost a decade I found myself at a crossroad and felt the overwhelming desire to dedicate my life to something more fulfilling. I could think of no better way to merge my love for helping others and for real estate than by becoming a Realtor. In it I found more than a passion; it is my purpose. More specifically, as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker I found over a century of excellence, professionalism and unparalleled service; all core values that align with my own. My other purpose is Mom to my 3 young adult children; Briana, Angelle and Evan who are capable of accomplishing anything but a dull moment. Given a spare moment I am usually found practicing photography, exploring one of the many great parks and places around the state or, as a proud foodie, looking for something to eat!
