About Sarah

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 2005, I jumped into Real Estate. I was able to work under some of the top professionals in my area at the time and I learned, not only how to help a client from contract to close, but also about investing in the housing market. I did two flips on my own before I turned 25 and the following year, met my now husband who was also a Real Estate investor and we proceeded to do many remodel projects together in the years to come. I have seen and learned from every type of housing market over the past two decades in the business and how to successfully navigate both a sellers' and buyers' market. I am a master at adapting each deal according to what my client needs and I excel in listening and formulating a plan to help guide them through the process of buying and selling their home. For several years, I also spear-headed a boutique design and build firm here in the Midlands that specialized in home renovations. I have a vast construction knowledge that I can now apply to help my real estate clients make decisions on home projects that may be useful to enhance their home for resale. Because of my time in the remodeling industry, I have a large network of contractors that I refer to clients on a regular basis. Home for me is in Lexington, South Carolina, on our small horse farm, overlooking Bomb Island on Lake Murray. Besides being a wife and mom, I enjoy camping with my family, boating and all things lake life, horseback riding and swimming in my free time!
