About William

Meet William DiMaggio William joined The Hood Team in 2014 and brings a fresh and enthusiastic attitude to the team. As The Hood Team's newest member, William is working alongside Danny and Karen Hood, who bring 39 years (each) of experience, knowledge, and training. William graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors and Associates degrees in Emergency Medical Care and Paramedicine respectively. After graduating from EKU, William stayed in the eastern Kentucky area where he worked for several years; however, after seven years away from Columbia, he realized that there is just no place like home. William served the local Irmo/Lexington community as a paramedic for four years prior to making a career change into real estate. William knows the importance of finding just the right home. As a direct result of buying his current home, he met his future wife. William currently lives in the St. Andrews area with his wife Jessie, their 4 wonderful daughters. William and Jessie are active members of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. William grew up in a real estate family specializing in the local real estate market. William possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of the most modern technology available to the real estate industry.
