About Jack

Jack Peterson is a native of Columbia and has spent most of his life living in the Midlands of South Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Management Science. He retired from Midlands Technical College as a Systems Programmer. He has developed an interest in real estate markets for several years as a buyer and seller in the Midlands area before becoming an agent. He has experience as a first-time homeowner, current homeowner, and investor of rental property. He has been married over 30 years and has two adult aged children. He serves and volunteers around the community at church, civic organizations and many charities and non-profits. With his work background, he has the skills to be a detailed oriented multitasker and problem solver. He uses the most current technologies and information to fulfill your real estate needs. He stays on top of the process to meet deadlines, keeps open lines of communication and works for the best interest of his clients. The client is his number 1 priority.
