About me Danny has over 39 years of Real Estate Success in the Columbia Market! Danny has consistently provided superior service to his clients which is backed by knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Danny continues to demonstrate an intense knowledge of current housing availability, mortgage rates, loan options, and the Columbia geographical area. Danny will always use the most current technology available to the Real Estate industry! Danny works with his wife, Karen. The two of them have worked together in the same office since 1985! They have two married sons and 7 beautiful granddaughters, and reside on Lake Murray in the Chapin area. Their son, William DiMaggio joined The Hood Team as a full time Realtor in 2014. Danny serves the Harbison Community Association on its Developmental Design and Review Committee. Danny and Karen are members of Union United Methodist Church, where they are members of the New Life Sunday School Class.
